1. Arabesque
2. Cartwheel
3. Cartwheel/one handed cartwheel
4. Crouch rock back to shoulder stand
5. Teddy bear roll
6. Bridge, rock back to stand
7. Handstand / handstand forward roll (miss out 8.)
8. Forward roll
9. Tuck jump ( plus star jump if handstand forward roll was done)
10. Half turn jump
Thank you to the gymnasts who travelled to Falcon Spartak Gymnastics Club from Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Dorchester and Essex for the Rhythmic Gymnastics Disability NDP's and 2013 National Squad Trials. Well done to our gymnasts for passing their grades, many with distinctions and what a lovely weekend with a night out to catch up with friends old and new.

FALCON SPARTAK GYMNASTICS CLUB
Unfortunately we will need to close at 2.00 p.m. on Saturday 24th November as we have National competition starting at 2.30 p.m.
On Saturday 1st December we would like all the 12.30 class to come into the gym at 11.00 a.m. until 12.30 p.m. and the 11.00 class to come in 10.00 a.m. until 11.30 a.m. As the coaches need to attend a safeguarding course to enable them to continue coaching.
Further details about the floor and vault, trampoline and rhythmic competitions will follow next week.

CONGRATULATIONS to Alex Clifford who came SECOND overall at the 2012 Disability Mens Artistic Gymnastics British Championships winning GOLD for Rings, GOLD for Vault and BRONZE for his Floor routine, we are so proud of you at Falcon Spartak!
Our gymnasts turned out at Woolwich Sainsbury's this evening to collect money for the club, and do a bit of bag packing for the customers.
