IMPORTANT SUMMER NOTICES - July 2023

Summer Session Training

With effect from Monday 30th July the Monday and Thursday evening sessions will be cancelled re-opening on Monday 4thSeptember 2023.

The Wednesday evening and Saturday sessions will all be running as usual.  A gymnast can attend any session during the summer at no additional cost.

The weeks of the 14th and 21st August will be our normal Summer Courses, from 10.00 – 12 noon Monday to Friday.  Members and non-members are welcome to attend details of costs can be found in the gym.

To ensure the gym is covered by the appropriate coaching staff could you please forward details of your holidays to me at kay.salter@btopenworld.com as soon as possible.

Activity Weeks (Amended)

Falcon Spartak GC will be holding week long courses during the schools Summer Holiday – we will have access to full men’s and women’s artistic apparatus as well as Rhythmic equipment and trampolining. If you have never tr it before why not come along and join us? The Club is based at Hurstmere School, Hurst Road, Sidcup (in the Sports Hall):

Monday ​14th August to Friday 18th August​​10.00 a.m. - 12 noon
​Monday ​21st August to Friday 25th August​10.00 a.m. - 12 noon

2 hr class for 5 days​  £25.00 per week
2 hr class for 5 days. £15 for club members
Sessions only £7.00 per session

The Activity Weeks will be open to any ability including those with any learning/physical or sensory impairment. Wheelchair users are welcome
