Disability Gymnastics Video

Recently BGTV visited the club to film a video all about Disability Gymnastics.  Starring members of the club it highlights the many advantages of the sport.

Bank Holiday Closure

The gym will be closed next Saturday 25th August for the bank holiday.

Sainsburys sponsored bike ride

To celebrate the arrival of the Olympic torch in Woolwich, the staff at Sainsbury's Woolwich took part in a sponsored exercise bike ride in the store in aid of Falcon Spartak Gymnastics Club as we are their nominated charity this year. Some of the gymnasts went along after training and were greeted with a fantastic welcome, the staff were enthusiastic and the customers generous. This video is a thank you to the staff at Sainsbury's Woolwich store and includes photo's taken of Falcon Spartak gymnasts and coaches that hopefully reflect how the club, a charity run by volunteers, helps the community by welcoming gymnasts of all abilities whether they would like to participate in gymnastics at a recreational level or as a sport to pursue.
