Thank you to all my wonderful parents who helped at the competition on Sunday. Everyone that provided the food, it was really lovely; all the parents that he helped set the gym up on Saturday and those that helped clear up today. We really are so lucky to have such a great set of parents.
I would also like to thank our great coaches who work so hard with our gymnasts.

We are now approaching the next payment quarter due at the beginning of July. This newsletter is to remind you that the gym remains open for the six weeks of the summer holidays and that during that period any gymnast that is a member of the club i.e. has a BG Membership Number can attend any of the sessions. Our sessions are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. and the normal Saturday sessions. It is useful for the administration of the club if we do know your holiday dates so that we can ensure adequate coaching staff are present at every session. Fees remain the same for this quarter.
Please give your holiday dates to Lesley as soon as possible
SUMMER COURSE
The annual summer course will run from 10.0 a.m. to 12 noon for the following two weeks:
Monday 11th to Friday 15th August
Monday 18th to Friday 22nd August
The cost for the course is £20 per week. If you are interested please register your son/daughter as soon as possible. We are currently applying for funding for the course and the cost may well decrease!! (We can hope!)
SPECIAL OLYMPICS COMPETITION
We are hosting a Greater London Special Olympics competition here on Sunday 29th June 2014. In order for the competition run smoothly we need some gymnasts to act as “runners” for the judges. This means staying with the judge during the competition and then taking scores to the scorers for input on the main scoresheet. If anyone is interested in helping please let me have names as soon as possible.
Leaving the club
Please let us know as soon as possible if your son/daughter is planning to leave the club at the end of the quarter as we can then make arrangements to bring youngsters in from the waiting list.

Falcon Spartak's Hannah Westerman has been selected to represent Great Britain at the 2015 Special Olympics World Games being held in Los Angeles, USA
