  • Start of session:
Gymnasts/Parents/Family/Carers are reminded that Gymnasts are to arrive 5 minutes before their session starts (we appreciate that factors happen like traffic, parking).  Gymnasts should wait quietly out in the corridor until their session starts.
  • Drink:
Gymnasts must have a drink with them every session as they need to hydrate throughout their session.  Gymnasts and Parents are reminded that food and drink should not be consumed within the gym.  Gymnasts should leave their drinks out in the corridor.  Coaches don't have spare drinks, that can be given to gymnasts.
  • Jewellery:
Jewellery is to be removed before entering the gym.  Coaches cannot be held responsible for watches, rings, bracelets, necklaces or earrings.
  • Appearance/Clothing
Hair must be neatly tied up, as long hair gets in the way when coaches are trying to assist in moves, as well as in the gymnast's way when working floor, apparatus and trampolining.

Falcon Spartak have a range of clothing available to purchase which is appropriate to wear while training.  Tee shirts/Polo shirts, Tracksuits/Jogging bottoms, sports shorts are the best thing to wear or leotards.  It is safer when using apparatus, especially bars and rings.  Strappy tops, short shorts, jeans, jumpers, crop tops are inappropriate attire.
